I have two separate requirements for unusual ways to use KPIs in a PPS Scorecard.

1) The first requirement is to include a KPI in our scorecard which displays the status indicator each period, but only displays the "percent of goal" actual value at quarter end.

2) The second requirement for another KPI, is to display both the status indicator and actual value only at quarter end and display nothing during the periods of the quarter.

For example, Periods 1 and 2 display nothing, then for Period 3 display both KPI indicator and actual value, Periods 4 and 5 display nothing, then for Period 6 display both KPI indicator and actual value etc., and so on through balance of fiscal year.

Our solution must be a PPS Scorecard.

Anyone have any ideas how these requirements can be accomplished using PPS?
